After viewing a number of community interviews posted at the end of Challenge 2, ask your students to work in the same pair as Challenges 1 and 2 to brainstorm ways to combat global warming. Encourage student pairs to focus on solutions that reflect their strand of choice.

Student pairs will review global communities posts within each blog strand. Pairs will provide post commentary suggestions to three other posted solutions. Student pairs will pick one way to fight global warming from the collective postings with which to conduct further research and implementation ideas.

Conduct research on their selected method for combating global warming. Students need to create an exact method of implementation.

Implement method of combating global warming and document it through photos and video. Within each student’s blog strand, ask them to post a reflection on the implementation of the method based on its sustainability and impact.
